Meet Kathleen
Hi, I’m Kathleen, a Registered Psychotherapist and Associate Certified Coach, and owner of Kathleen Killen Psychotherapy. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their relationships. If you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling with communication, or caught in patterns that leave you feeling stuck, I’m here to help you find clarity, connection, and a path forward.

Therapy with me is a collaborative and deeply personal journey. I offer a space where you can explore your emotions, untangle relationship dynamics, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling connection. My approach is grounded in empathy, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each client’s unique experience. I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method to help couples and individuals break free from unhelpful patterns and foster deeper intimacy. I am also working toward certification in Sex Therapy to further support clients in navigating the emotional and relational aspects of intimacy.
As a parent, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of balancing relationships, personal growth, and life’s many demands. Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and practicing yoga. When I can, I enjoy travelling and immersing myself in new experiences.
I know relationships can be complicated, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Whether you’re working through trust issues, rebuilding after a period of disconnection, or seeking a deeper emotional connection, I’m here to support you. Let’s begin the journey together.
I am currently not accepting new clients, but you can join my waitlist here.

Meet Stefanie
Hi, I’m Stefanie (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their relationships. Therapy with me is a space to explore, heal, and reconnect—with yourself and with those who matter most to you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples break free from negative cycles and cultivate deeper emotional intimacy. My work also integrates a holistic mind-body perspective, recognizing that our emotional experiences are deeply connected to our physical well-being.
I support clients through a wide range of challenges, including relationship conflict, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, burnout, grief, life transitions, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As a mother, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with fertility, loss, and the transition to parenthood, offering compassionate guidance along the way.
If you’re ready to move past the barriers that keep you feeling stuck and create more authentic, fulfilling relationships, I’d love to walk that path with you.
